We're here to help
Check below for answers to common questions. If you're still unsure about anything, contact us.
Do I have to apply online?
No. You can request an application by mail at PO Box 1234, Boston, MA 02116 or apply over the phone (888)123-4567. We want to make it as easy as possible.
How long with it take to know if I've been approved?
The typical process time for applications is 7-10 business days. We will send you notice by mail.
Can I sign up if I have credit issues?
Yes. We've setup month-to-month plans with all of our Internet Service Provider partners.
Will you sell my personal information?
Are there age limits for my child?
While there are no specific age requirements, your child or children have to be enrolled in grades K-12. We are working on new programs for college students that live with their families.
What documentation is needed to qualify?
Each program has different requirements, but common requirements are your child's most recent report card (to confirm their school status), and a letter from your SNAP caseworker (to prove SNAP elibility).
What if I'm not a citizen?
We believe in creating opportunity for all children and therefore the requirements are based on your child.
Are there any additional fees?
No. Each plan includes a high speed router. The government has also ensured that Internet access fees cannot be taxed.
Where do I send my bill?
We do not handle the monthly payment process. A bill will be sent to your address each month from the Internet Service Provider and payments can be arranged through them. You can call us at (888) 456-4578 and we'll be glad to connect you with the correct provider.
Will this cover my cell phone's data plan?
Unfortunately, no. Our plans cover home Internet access.
I want to be able to help my child online. How can I learn how to use the Internet?
What if I don't have a computer?
